Acquisition of Garrod Bros Ltd (‘Garrod Bros’) located in Enfield, North London
We are delighted to announce that, on 26 October 2018, Headlam Group plc (‘Headlam’ or the ‘Company’) completed the acquisition of the trade and assets of Garrod Bros Ltd (‘Garrod Bros’) located in Enfield, North London.
Established in 1827, Garrod Bros is a leading provider of commercial flooring products and accessories to customers in Greater London. Following on from the recent acquisitions of Ashmount and Rackhams, this acquisition further consolidates Headlam’s position within the Greater London area.
Garrod Bros will continue to be operated under its own trade brand and will move to Headlam’s existing premises in Enfield, which is less than ½ mile from their current location. It will be supported by Headlam’s management team, distribution network, and centralised and financial resources.
