Supertex operates from a warehouse and offices in Leyland, Lancashire, supplying domestic flooring (carpet, vinyl and accessories) to the retail flooring trade. Supertex distributes cut-length orders from stock throughout the North West on a next day delivery service.

The acquisition enlarges Headlam’s residential sector activities in the North West, a competitive region of the UK. Supertex will continue to be operated under its own brand and their main operations will eventually move to Headlam’s existing premises in Stockport creating operating efficiencies, with a trade counter remaining in Leyland to service the local area.
