As announced previously, Keith Edelman stepped down as a non-executive director of Headlam Group plc with effect on 27 February 2025.

Keith will be paid remuneration up to 22 May 2025. Keith has not, and will not, receive any loss of office payments.

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the information contained in this section has been made available on the Company’s website until such time as the Company’s Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 is made available.
