Joseph, Hamilton Seaton have been a leading supplier of high-quality commercial carpet, carpet tiles and commercial floorcoverings in the UK for over 50 years, and part of the Headlam Group plc since 1999.
The company, an ISO 9001 registered business, supplies a large range of specialist floorcoverings. Our range offers the widest choice of products available through flooring contractors for projects undertaken by architects, designers and other specifiers. We work in a wide range of sectors, from Education, Hospitality & Leisure, Residential, to the Workplace environment.
Our aim is to deliver tough, long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing solutions for our specifiers and customers.
In addition, we are part of the successful Headlam Group – Europe’s biggest Floor Covering Distributor offering additional commercial, product, systems & supply chain strength and support to the Joseph Hamilton Seaton business. Headlam is a core founder member of Carpet Recycling UK, a not-for-profit membership association working to reduce the amount of carpet waste being sent to landfill.
We’re looking for a Specification Manager to take on the challenge of penetrating various aspects of the Residential market through key clients and specifiers that operate within the sector.
The aim will be to gain buying agreements where appropriate and to build a project pipeline based on a variety of Residential buildings from luxury developments through to social housing.
As the fast-growing construction market evolves at pace, your role will be to keep at the forefront of the market and new projects – spotting and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products and customers; and proactively creating openings to sell in products and bring new customers on board.
You’ll have all the tools to do the job: the broadest product range, great delivery support and top-class customer service. You’ll need to leverage your potential through your customer relationship building skills, tenacity and drive to build and grow the area.
We’re looking for a proven Sales professional who shares our passion for the construction, fit-out and refurbishment markets. You’ll need to have the tenacity, enthusiasm and can-do attitude to take this excellent product range and build solutions, excitement and commitment in your customers.
You’ll need to be organised, structured and conscientious in how you approach your business planning, customer visits, reporting and follow-up activity.
