A Lifestyle Floors Merchandiser is responsible for the support and servicing of the Lifestyle Floors Retail Network on their area, on behalf of the supplying Headlam branches.
This will be through the servicing, maintenance and updating of the branch’s in-store Lifestyle Floors hardware.
The Lifestyle Floors Merchandiser will further support the performance of the Headlam Branches by working in partnership with Headlam Branch Sales Representatives by assisting in identifying sales opportunities through the use of the Lifestyle Floors brand with the Sales Representative’s retailer and developing the retailer’s potential.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and confident in meeting new people. Access to a storage facility will be needed.
Previous Merchandising experience desirable but not essential as full training is given. The ideal candidate will have good communication and people skills, and will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and time-management skills.
A full UK driving License is essential.
