Role details

Contribute to a thriving customer service team by providing excellent customer
service and meeting the needs of customers who require assistance. Provides sales and customer service support to customers calling or emailing the team.

Requirements:

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by offering a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner 
  • Processing of orders through our bespoke system 
  • Knowledge of excel and word advantageous but not essential 
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a friendly yet professional approach. 
  • Identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information and providing solutions.
  • Follow complaint process and work on reducing these.
  • Support sales in proactive calling to increase overall sales figures. 
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Develop within the role and be a confident, empowered and knowledgeable member of the team.
