We’re looking for an area sales manager to take on the well-established London area and lead its future development.
You’ll inherit a significant customer base of Flooring Contractors, Retail Shops involved in contract work and many associate organisations linked to the construction industry route to market. Our goal is to grow business with both new and existing customers.
As the fast-growing construction market evolves at pace, your role will be to keep at the forefront of the market and new projects – spotting and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products and customers; and proactively creating openings to sell in products and bring new customers on board.
You’ll have all the tools to do the job: the broadest product range, great delivery support and top-class customer service. You’ll need to leverage your potential through your customer relationship building skills, tenacity and drive to build and grow the area.
We’re looking for a proven area sales manager who shares our passion for the construction, fit-out and refurbishment markets. You’ll need to have the tenacity, enthusiasm and can-do attitude to take this excellent product range and build solutions, excitement and commitment in your customers.
It’s a pretty large geography – so you’ll be organised, structured and conscientious in how you approach your territory and journey planning, reporting and follow-up activity.
Being out on the road means you’ll need to be self-reliant and self-motivated, but we’d like you to be a great team player too! We have a strong team ethos and encourage all colleagues to work together to provide the best experience for our customers.
